Stadium-quality LED screens now available for home, business use

DALLAS (Sept. 20, 2016) – GoVision TV, a game-changing new LED video product for the residential and commercial hospitality markets, was named a “Best of Show” product at last week’s CEDIA 2016 Expo in Dallas.

NewBay Media’s TWICE magazine recognized GoVision TV as one of the outstanding products exhibited at the show, as determined by a panel of anonymous professional integrator and journalist judges.

For the first time, GoVision TV offers homes and businesses the spectacular, larger-than-life LED video screen experience that until now has been reserved for massive concert arenas and sports stadiums. The personal, jumbo LED screen, designed for outdoor viewing, is completely weatherproof (IP 65-rated), viewable in full sunlight (greater than 5,500 nits), contains integrated speakers and multiple inputs and is compatible with most existing home and commercial audio/visual systems.

“We had a tremendous reception for GoVision TV throughout the show, reflecting the truly unique nature of the product, and we’re really proud to receive the ‘Best of Show’ award,” said Kevin Faciane, executive vice president of Argyle, TX-based GoVision.

GoVision TV can be mounted to most existing structures and walls, or configured as a standalone viewing system using an available design kit featuring attractive wood, stone and other structures. With sizes starting at roughly 6’ high by 10’ wide (140 inch), GoVision TV can be scaled to much larger sizes and in various viewing aspect ratios.

GoVision TV is manufactured specifically for outdoor use, meaning it is weatherproof and nearly seven times brighter than the leading outdoor ‘super bright’ TVs, very similar to the outdoor video boards seen in professional sports stadiums. Most products advertised for outdoor applications use modified indoor consumer televisions that are encased to protect the delicate electronics from the elements.

“This product is ideal for upscale homes as well as country clubs, sports bars with large patios, golf courses and other outdoor entertainment venues,” continued Faciane. “And because we are one of the nation’s leading outdoor LED screen providers, we have the expertise to design and install an LED screen that perfectly fits the available space and will provide the highest-quality viewing experience possible.”

GoVision provides large-format LED screens for more than 1,000 stadium, arena and festival events each year and is the architect for the world’s largest outdoor, free-standing, centerhung digital display screen, “Colossus,” which debuted at Bristol Motor Speedway earlier this year.
