LED Install Sales Leader

GoVision is expanding our operations and is seeking a talented LED Sales Manager for our newly created Install Sales Department. Our ideal candidate will have direct experience in video board, scoreboard, or outdoor signage sales.


  • Minimum of 2 years in a selling capacity in a related field
  • Solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Background in video board, scoreboard or outdoor sign sales is a plus
  • Background in construction or design project management is a plus


  • Consultative selling skills with sincere focus on customer service
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task a large number of projects and prospects concurrently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to create, execute and track outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Ability to utilize a Customer Resource Management system
  • Ability to travel frequently to sales presentations, site visits, client meetings and trade shows
  • Ability to manage a project from sales process to final installation
  • Proficiency in working with a multi-disciplinary team and leading a project in a matrix environment


Individual will lead and execute the sales process for GoVision’s sales business (non-rental products):

  • Develop sales strategy for meeting sales and profit goals
  • Client prospecting (phone, electronic and in-person)
  • Client presentations and bid responses
  • Develop client presentations, proposals and sales materials
  • Contract negotiation and closing


  • Project management for installs
  • Work with Operations Department, Custom Fabrication and Design Department and Executive Leadership to fulfill and complete client installations
  • Perform special projects as assigned from time to time
